I met Claire and Tim in summer 2018 and was immediately impressed with their very down to earth approach. They struck me as a very professional and personal business as opposed to the “corporate” entity approach taken by many recruitment agencies. This very personal approach aligned with our Society’s values and It was clear they wanted to add genuine value to our business. As a smaller business we thankfully don’t have too many requirements but when you do, they tend to be more critical. My experience to date with Ultimate has been first class, they have been responsive and focussed on my needs and were especially good at “cutting to the chase” in only providing me real live candidates rather than a longer list of “unsuitable for roles.
