Hours: 35 Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Starting Salary: £21,945

Target: £23,100

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager, your main responsibilities will be monitoring transactions for potentially suspicious activity, assisting with preparing monthly and quarterly papers, dealing with compliance mailbox enquiries, and assisting with ensuring all actions are completed within the set target dates.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse potentially conflicting, complex data.
  • Enthusiastic learner, with focus on personal development.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

 

Desirable skills and experience:        

  • Experience working within the regulated financial services sector in a customer facing or compliance role.
  • Understanding of Financial crime
  • Basic understanding of risk management and compliance concepts.

60-minute competency-based interview held in our Newbury Head Office.
